Yes. Our Zillow Flex Team program is specifically designed for newer agents. You’ll receive high-quality live connection leads from day one, plus weekly coaching to help you convert them. Over $3MM in commissions have been earned from these leads by our agents. You won’t be left to figure it out alone.

Both! You have 24/7 access to all five of our modern office locations if you want the energy and community of working around other agents. But all our systems, CRMs, training, and support are fully accessible remotely if you prefer working from home. Your choice.

Because your time is your most valuable asset. Our listing and closing coordinators handle all the non-dollar-productive activities (paperwork, scheduling, transaction management), letting you focus exclusively on client relationships and revenue generation. Plus, our revenue sharing program can add significant passive income annually if you refer other agents. Successful agents switch to Crosstown to scale without burning out.

There isn’t one. We make money when you make money through our commission split—that’s it. No desk fees, no monthly fees, no franchise fees. Ever. We’d rather invest in your success than nickel-and-dime you with recurring charges.

Here’s the key context: Zillow Flex leads are additional transactions you wouldn’t have generated yourself. You don’t pay for the leads. You don’t market for them. Zillow does the heavy lifting, takes their success fee (not from your pocket), and then you split what’s left 50/50 with Crosstown. But these are deals that didn’t exist in your pipeline before. It’s incremental income while you build your sphere. Plus, on the Hybrid program, you keep 75% of your organic deals. So you’re getting the best of both worlds.

On our Hybrid Agent program (75% split), you have significant autonomy to operate your business your way. On the Zillow Flex Team program, you work under the team lead’s brand but with full support and coaching. We can discuss which path fits your goals on the consultation call.

Our Zillow Flex Team members get weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with their team lead, plus weekly team meetings focused on skill development, objection handling, and strategy. Hybrid agents have access to training and can request coaching sessions as needed. We also provide ongoing education on market trends, technology, and best practices. The goal is to help you hit YOUR goals, not force you into a one-size-fits-all system
